This data is based on the 2020 Reappraisal, which values are determined as of January 1, 2020. The 2020 Reappraisal values are based on the most probable price a property would bring in a competitive and open market under all conditions requisite to an arm’s length transaction, a willing buyer and seller.
It is important to note that the process for 2020 Reappraisal began over three years ago and has been our most comprehensive review to date.
